1. In custom.ini set enable_api_v2 = true;
2. In custom.ini set bind_stb_auth_and_oauth = true;
3. Create login and pass for user in admin interface;

On client device launch application and enter login, pass and portal URL. Example: http://example.com/stalker_portal

If server API and Server with images are located on different domain, then click on extension (+) and set URLs of those servers manually along with portal URL.
